His first proper exhibition in the UK, was a beautiful look at the 10 000 items his mum had collected over her lifetime. Called waste not want not after the idea of saving and re-using everything in times of hardship. I was amazed by the fact his mum had kept a part of the house Dong had grown up in. But there was something quite sombre about the huge collection of shoes and children's clothing at the end.
